Booking Policy
- If booking is 60 days in advance: 25% package cost as advance
- If booking is 60 days to 45 days in advance: 50% package cost as advance
- Balance 50% before 30 days of travel date.
- If booking within 30 days 100% payment required for booking confirmation

- As this is NSOP flying, timings are tentative and may get changed subjected to permissions and weather conditions. We recommend you to book your return flight one day later.

- AC will not be functional anywhere in cool or hilly areas
- Passengers must submit their correct weights at the time of booking. Submitting incorrect weights may lead to passengers being debarred from boarding without any refunds
- Each helicopter can accommodate up to 6 passengers with a total weight limitation of 450 kg for all 6 passengers. Heli Yatra reserves the right to de-board passengers if the actual body weight deviates from what was provided at the time of booking. No refunds will be provided for any passenger who is deboarded due to incorrect body weight. Passengers with a body weight of above 75 kg will be charged INR 2,500 per kg excess (applicable under total weight limitation clause). This amount will be collected in Dehradun before the flight.
